Meet the Crew, The DB Crew!

Salutations! I am Marcial, Co-Founder and Writer of DB Chillin’ Productions. I am a voracious reader who enjoys Classic Literature, Christian Allegory, Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Pulp (e.g. Dante’s Inferno, C.S. Lewis’s Till We Have Faces, Edward Bulwer-Lytton’s Vril: The Power of the Coming Race, J. R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings, Robert E Howard’s Solomon Kane, and much more!). I avidly watch movies: Japanese Samurai Films, Virile Action Movies, Visionary Motion Pictures, and MGM Musicals (e.g. Toshiro Mifune in Yojimbo, Chuck Norris in Invasion U.S.A., Terry Gilliam’s Brazil, and Gene Kelly in Singing in the Rain). This motley of literature and media inspires me in my own creative endeavors.

Hi! I’m Marcos, Co-Founder of DB Chillin’ Productions. At a young age, I always loved film and filmmaking. Due to this, I create a plethora of home movies which I acted and directed in, not to mention edited them all by myself. As an Actor, I studied at East Los Angeles College where I participated in outstanding stage plays, such as Oscar Wilde’s The Importance of Being Earnest. As a Director, I collaborated with my friends at Groove Zoneto create Famous, a Choregraphed Video. As an Editor, I crafted Bachata Nights and its associate series Bachata Románticas. Not only that, I’m also a Dancer; I freestyle on my personal channel @MarcosActsUp.
